Before we get into the stretches, it is important that you understand the benefit of doing such.

Most importantly, it can improve flexibility and mobility, and help you better enjoy outdoor activities like hiking or skiing.

Stretching before any strenuous activity is key to warming up the muscles.

This helps to increase circulation in the body, which can reduce the strain on your back.

Many think that stretching only helps to improve flexibility in the muscles, but did you know it also strengthens them?

Incorporating stretching into your daily life is also a great way to practice mindfulness.

As you focus on each stretch, take time to be present and remain focused. This can help reduce stress levels while also providing an overall sense of wellbeing.

Overall, adding stretching into your daily life can make a huge difference in the way you feel mentally and physically.
